Terms & Conditions



  1. Prices are inclusive of insurance

  2.  A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking date

  3. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance

  4. Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer

  5. Arrival times are estimated but we pledge be at our destination as close to the intended arrival time as possible

  6. For circumstances that are out of our control that may cause delays,  we do not offer a discount for late arrivals

  7. You MUST note any visible loss, damage or failure to produce any goods at the time of delivery, during any moving service

  8. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property after any moving service is complete

  9. There is a 2 hour minimum on all Man & Van services. After 2 hours, rates are charged in half hour increments.

  10. There is NO HIDDEN fuel charge

  11. Goods in transit Insurance cover of up to £25,000 is included in all our prices.

  12. Public Liability Insurance cover of up to £5,000,000

  13. Removals insurance DOES NOT cover owner packed goods.

  14. Out of office hours before 08.00am & after 18.00pm will incur  an additional charge 

  15. All invoice work is strictly 30 days from invoice date  any late payments will incur‘statutory interest’ - this is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate 

  16. All our business customers must have an Insurance Policy in place and maintain cover for the duration of their stay. (A business customer is someone who is acting in a business or trade capacity. Non VAT registered customers must take out insurance from Taking out an insurance policy is a standard procedure for all self storage companies. 

  17. All fixed quotes are based on information given to us in the time of booking. We may either increase or decrease the price if any of the following have not been taken into consideration when preparing your quote.




  • There is a £24.00 charge if travelling through the London congestion zone

  • Any parking or fees incurred during any of our services will be charged to the customer in the final cost

  • Man & Van service: After the first 2 hours rates are charged in half hour increments

  • Credit Card payments - 3.0% of service total

  • Debit Card payments - 2.0% of service total


The government are continually reviewing their stance on Coronavirus/Covid-19. As part of their

future plans and in an attempt to slow the spread of Covid-19, instructions may be given that

restrict our ability to deliver services as quoted..

Should such measures be implemented, this will restrict our ability to meet our quotation and

or supply services as detailed. We may be obligated to delay, suspend or indeed cancel our

services. If the virus or Government directions affect our ability to conduct your removal,

relocation or other services; we and our insurers will not be in a position to accept any

liability for losses that may arise and we therefore limit our liability accordingly.  

We also have a duty of care to our staff and co contractors, and therefore ask that you notify us
